Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Technical connection data, such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser and errors, are logged to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). Log data are retained only for as long as necessary for operational security and troubleshooting.
Enquiry form
We use information submitted through the enquiry form (name, company, email, telephone number and message) solely to handle your enquiry and send you the media kit. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for optional information, it is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations or outstanding claims remain.
Fonts and external services
All font files are hosted on our own server. Google Analytics is loaded only after you explicitly consent to analytics.
Google Analytics 4 and your consent
With your voluntary consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This processes page views, technical browser and device data, and referral information. Google may also process data in the USA. Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies to recognise your browser; we limit their lifetime to six months. Our implementation disables advertising personalisation and Google Signals. URL query parameters and fragment identifiers are not transmitted as part of the page address.
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. The Google tag is not loaded without consent. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button and withdraw your consent for future processing. Withdrawal deletes this website's analytics cookies. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Essential storage of your choice is based on section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG; the associated processing manages your decision (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Hesse, this is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

With analytics consent, we also record clicks on contact links and form enquiries accepted by the server for sending. Validation errors, sending failures and the spam trap do not count as completed enquiries. The events we have configured do not transmit form contents, names, email addresses, messages or account identifiers to Google Analytics. They contain only predefined interaction types and technical status information. These events are not sent without analytics consent.
